The guidance office would like me to inform you that the schedule for the UPCAT Orientation would be held at the Seminar Room as follows:

  8:00 - 9:00    Beryllium and Cesium

  9:00 - 10:00  Lithium and Magnesium

10:00 - 11:00  Potassium and Rubidium

11:00 - 12:00  Sodium and Strontium

Further, please be advised that the school, through the guidance office, will be the ones who will give you the UPCAT application forms.  These will be given on the orientation itself.  The guidance office will also be the one who will take care of submitting the said forms to the Office of Admissions of the University of the Philippines.  In view of this, they are requesting that all students be responsible enough to submit their accomplished forms by 10 June 2011, so as to avoid any delays in filing the forms to the University.

Finally, in order to hasten the process of enrolment, we are requesting that all ID pictures tagged as a requirement by the guidance office be placed in a coin envelope.  The name of the student should be placed at the upper-left hand corner of the front side.  The name of the student should be written like so: LAST NAME, Given Name/s M.I.
